Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Listings & Reviews

Consultancies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated, edited for policy compliance, or removed. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Disclaimers

The Platform is a directory and connector. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any consultancy, employer, or candidate, and we are not a party to any engagement formed between users. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobConsultancies.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or any engagement with a third party found through it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
